Products and orders

Product pages describe the garment, available sizes, colour, print or embroidery and care instructions. Refer to the individual size chart; fits differ between garments. Product images include digital mockups. Small screen-colour or placement differences may occur, but items must still match their description and meet applicable quality requirements.

Check the items, sizes, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting payment. You will receive an order confirmation. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you with the options before proceeding. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different garment without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund the amount due for it.

Prices and payment

Prices and delivery charges are shown in South African rand unless checkout clearly states another currency. The amount presented before payment is the amount we charge. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

Payments are processed through the options available at checkout, including Yoco. CAPITAL W (Pty) Ltd is not registered for South African VAT. Destination-specific taxes or import charges, where applicable, must be disclosed as described in our shipping policy; this statement is not a claim of exemption from other countries' tax rules.

Delivery, returns and care

Our shipping and returns policies form part of the terms of a purchase. Production and delivery estimates do not remove statutory remedies for delay, non-delivery or defective goods. Follow the care instructions provided for your item.

Customer information and privacy

Provide accurate order and delivery details. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used for the store, payment and fulfillment. Contact us if information on an order needs correction.

Content and disputes

Saint Order branding and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Contact us before commercial reuse of store content.

If something goes wrong, email support@saintorder.com so we can work with you on a resolution. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer protections, access to competent courts or available complaints bodies in your jurisdiction. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not reduce rights under an existing order.
